 Application Procedures

Step 1: Online Application:

• The students interested to join for BBA courses in Jain University are required to fill the online form
• After filling the form the students have to submit the form

Step 2: Filling the Application Form:

• The students have to fill all the details in the online application form without making any mistakes
• The students have to review before submitting the application because once submitted the details cannot be changed/modifies

Step 3: Application Fee:

• The students have to pay the application fee online through credit/debit card or net banking
• The students have to preserve the fee receipts till the admissions process is completed

Step 4: Jain University Entrance Test (JET):

• The students have to give the online proctored JET Exam followed by a personal interview on the specified dates and times. The slots for online JET exam will be open 7-days prior to the day of the exam
• The students have to give the online proctored JET exam

Step 5: Personal Interview (PI)

• The students who qualify the online JET exam will be further selected for online Persona Interview (PI) sessions
• The Personal Interview Sessions will be conducted through Google Hangouts App. The link will be sent to the registered email Ids and registered mobile numbers

Step 6: Admission Confirmation:

• The students who qualify the personal interview are shortlisted for admission to the college.
• The selected students have to pay the prescribed fees within the specified date and time to confirm their admission to BBA courses in Jain University.

Exam Pattern

The JET Exam is a Proctored Assessment i.e. the students will be monitored during the assessment based on the following factors or events:

• Switch Count: The number of times students switch out of the assessment window, the count and time is monitored by the team. The students will be automatically logged out if found doing window switch multiple times.
• Multiple Face Detection: If more than one candidate is seen during the assessment then the candidate will be automatically logged out of the assessment.
• Earphones: Using earphones during the assessment is considered as a malpractice; the tool will detect any external object being used during the assessment and will instantly logged out by the proctor and team
• Mobile phone: Usage of mobile phones is banned during assessment, the tool will detect any external object being used during the assessment and the students will be logged out instantly by the proctor and team
• Instant logout in case of any malpractices: Apart from the ones mentioned above, if you are found indulging in any means of malpractices, , you will be logged out of the assessment by the Proctor.

 Personal Interview (PI).

The students who qualify the JET exam are selected for Personal Interview on the specified date and time. The Personal Interview will be facilitated through Google Hangouts App. The google Hangouts link will be sent to the registered email id and registered mobile numbers.

• Non-Supported Devices – iPad and iPhone
• Operating System –For Desktops and Laptops: Window 7 or above (Windows 10 recommended), Mac OS 10.13 and above, and Linux (ubuntu versions 18.04, 16.04, 15.04 only) systems
• Browsers – Google Chrome (84.0.4147.135 or later) recommended. N.B. Only Google Chrome Browser needs to be used.
• Minimum Configuration: Processor: Core 2 Duo and above
• Processor speed: 1.5 GHz and above; RAM: minimum 1 GB.
• Minimum Internet Speed-2 Mbps
• Pop-up blockers on the web browser must be disabled
• Webcam and Microphone are mandatory
